I see God in the sky,
in the light of the moon
I see Him in the stars
through the universe strewn
and I think to my self . . .
what a wonderful God!
I see God in the hills,
in the valley below
I see Him in the streams
throughout the earth flow
and I think to my self. . . .
what a skillful God!
I see God in the ocean,
in the waves on the shore
I see Him as they crash
with a thunderous roar .
and I think to my self . . .
what a powerful God!
I see God in the trees,
the flowers that bloom
I see Him as the robin
its nestling’s groom
and I think to my self . . .
what a beautiful God!
I see God in the clouds,
in the storms rolling by
I see Him in the lighting
as it brightens up the sky
and I think to my self . . .
what a masterful God!
I see God’s handiwork,
it is all around me . . .
oh, how I can hardly wait
to see what I cannot see
and I think to my self . . .
what a wonderful God!
