~ Trusting God’s Timing ~

Faith is like an airport,
with extended delays
holdups and long waits
turbulence that dismays.
Cancellations and deferments,
can throw our faith in a tailspin
but, if we trust God’s plans . . .
we can have His peace within.
Faith is like a freeway,
there’s going to be traffic
sometimes all goes smooth
other times it’s pure havoc.
Postponements and deters,
can set our faith back . . .
but, if we trust God’s pacing . . .
our confidence will not lack.
Faith is an exciting journey,
we can go along just for the ride
or we can trust in God’s timing . . .
and learn in Him how to abide!

the times or the seasons,
which the Father hath put
in his own power.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it; because it will
surely come, it will not tarry.
