Today’s Poem: The Valley

to GOD be the GLORY

~ The Valley ~

If God used with permission IBible Verses

Lord, You have me in this valley,
for reason that are unknown . . .
but, I know deep in my heart
I am not down here all alone.

For, I know You are with me,
every step of the way . . .
and I know deep in my soul
there will come a better day.

Lord, I don’t know how long,
in this valley I will be . . .
but, I am prepared to stay
as long as Your here with me.

For, You have always promised,
from me You would never leave
and I know deep in my spirit
these words I now must believe.

Lord, I thank You for this valley,
though it has me feeling low
but, I know I am down here . . .
so my faith in You can grow!
