Silenced by love,
surrounded by calm
letting God be . . .
my healing balm.
Just me and Him,
together all alone
a quiet confidence
in the unknown.
Silenced by hope,
encircled in trust
examining our hearts
just the two of us.
Stilled meditations,
whispers at His feet
a time of joyfulness
when we both meet.
Silenced by love,
resting in peace . . .
letting God on me
His joy release!
