Lord, help me to put,
my faith into practice
so I don’t appear
phony, fake or plastic.
Help me to live,
with hope abounding
so like a skeptic
I am not sounding.
Lord, help me to put,
faith into my behavior
so other’s will see
the love of my Savior.
Help me to perform,
my faith in You out
so I may be a witness
to a world full of doubt.
Lord, let not Your Words,
pass right through my ears
but let them go and do
everything they hear!

deceiving your own selves.
