to GOD be the GLORY

~ Oh, My God Shelter Me ~

Oh my God,
shelter me
keep me safe
within Thee.

For You are to me,
my cool Shadow
my safe Haven
my shady Grotto.

Oh my God,
shield me
keep my close
near to Thee.

For You are to me,
my quiet Harbor
my calm Retreat
my fixed Anchor.

Oh, my God,
protect me
keep me safe
secure in Thee!

He that dwelleth in the secret
place of the most High shall
abide under the shadow
of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord,
He is my refuge
and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust.
