if you want to be safe
make sure you’re secure
in the foundation of faith.
For you can bet on,
a long-bumpy ride
and you’re going to need
the truth by your side.
Buckle up,
if you want to stay
on the narrow . . .
straight, righteous way.
For your going to need,
to trust God’s direction
so you can travel on
the road to perfection.
Buckle up,
for there’s danger up ahead
and you need to make sure
you’re Holy Spirit lead!

the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those
that trust in him.
