to GOD be the GLORY

~ Before Me Lord ~

Before me Lord,
is where I will set You
before my plans . . .
Yours I will seek to do.

For I trust You Lord,
I’ll follow where You say
for in Your right hand
is where I want to stay.

Before me Lord,
I trust You will go
so the way to me
You, Yourself can show.

For You are my Rock,
nothing can move me
in Your righteous will
is where I want to be.

Before You Lord,
my praises I will sing
my tongue will rejoice
for the hope You bring!

I have set the Lord always
before me: because he is
at my right hand,
I shall not be moved.

Therefore my heart is glad,
and my glory rejoiceth:
my flesh also shall rest in hope.
