A new life in Christ,
a holy conversion . . .
one saving us from
lust filled perversion.
Once dead in trespasses,
now in hope are we alive
no longer are our souls
from eternity deprived.
Born-again and appointed,
to a new divine life . . .
the natural man gone
taking with him our strife.
Free from satan’s grip,
chained to sin no more
now the children of God
through Jesus the Door.
A new life in Christ,
born of water and Spirit
are those who believe . . .
His kingdom they’ll inherit!
