to GOD be the GLORY

~ In The Sea of Faith ~

Life is like a fish bowl,
we keep swimming around
in circles we revolve . . .
just like a merry-go-round.

At times we get dizzy,
and we’re left in a daze
it’s like we’re spinning
in a sea of milky-haze.

So many worries,
whirling all around . . .
it’s as if our problems
will never calm down.

But, if we looked over,
and see past the rim . . .
we’d see Jesus telling us
to put our faith in Him.

Life is like a fish bowl.
but it needn’t be . . .
if God we would only
put our trust in Thee!
