The path of grief,
is long and steep
day’s pass slowly
night’s just creep.
The road’s winding,
the pain reels
brokenness
is all one feels.
The path of sorrow,
is wide and deep
one never knows
when they’ll weep.
The way is hard,
the despair intense
the valley seems
so immense.
The path of grief,
is long and steep
but Jesus comforts
His grieving sheep!
