~ A Look Into the Manger ~
Some people look,
but they don’t see
the gift God sent
to set them free.
They see a manger,
not the Savior
they see a Baby
not God’s favor.
They see a Boy,
not the King of Kings
they see a Child
not the hope He brings.
They see the Wise Men,
not the Deliverer
they see the Shepherds
not the lifesaver.
Some people look,
into the manger
but they only see . . .
Jesus as a stranger!
