Love is patient,
love is kind
love doesn’t have
a haughty mind,
It will not boast,
it is not proud
it doesn’t stand
out in a crowd.
Love is pleasant,
it doesn’t envy
it is cheerful
always friendly.
It’s full of joy,
mercy and favor
it is faithful
never a traitor.
Love is calm,
it is peaceful
never angry
always grateful.
It’s brings light,
rays of hope
love helps others
how to cope.
Love is patient,
love is kind
for love has . . .
a forgiving mind!
