Today’s Poem: My Cross To Carry

to GOD be the GLORY

~ My Cross To Bear ~

I have decided,
to take up my cross
to wear it, to bear it
no matter the loss.

I am persuaded,
it’s the right thing to do
to lift it, to carry it
all my days through.

I am compelled,
to take up my cross
to endure it, to suffer it
no matter the loss.

I am convinced,
it is my obligation
to accept it, to tolerate it
without hesitation.

I am determined,
to take up my cross
to bear it, carry it, endure it . . .
no matter what the loss!
